Is the the Envy Mobile App secure?
Yes. All critical information is encrypted and no personal information is stored on your mobile device. However, mobile devices do offer you the ability to store your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device can access your account.
Do I have to buy the Mobile App?
No. Our Mobile App is completely free to download and install.
How current is the account information I see in the Mobile App?
The information you see in the Mobile App is shown in real-time, so it’s always accurate. However, if you keep the Mobile App open for an extended period of time, you should refresh the page by swiping down on the Activity Feed (Tap the top ENVY logo) in order to ensure the information is still current.
What platforms and operating systems does Envy support?
Currently the Envy app is supported on the following platforms:
- iOS (iPhone, iPod touch, and/or iPad)

Where can I find my settings?
The settings can be found by going to your profile page and then swiping down to expose the Settings menu. Once you are in this menu, you can change your name, email, password, etc.
How do I change my password?
Passwords can be changed by going to your profile page and then swiping down to expose the Settings menu. Once you are in this menu, you can change your name, email, password, etc.
How can I find my friends on Envy?
Simply search like you would for anything else. Simply tap the Search icon on the top right of the screen to search for businesses, people or products.
How do I report an issue in the app?
You can report an issue by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What does it mean to "ENVY" something in the app?
We live in a world of likes and in Envy, you can appreciate posts by tapping on the ENVY button in the bottom left of the post. You will see the number increase. That shows the person who posted it, that you like what they have to share.
Why is my account suspended?
In order to maintain a safe environment for users on Envy, we may suspend accounts that violate the Envy Rules and Terms & Conditions. Common reasons for suspension may include:
- Account security at risk.
- Abusive Tweets or behavior.
